Four compounds, one tablet

The majority is provided by magnesium bisglycinate – an organic, well-tolerated chelate compound. Citrate, malate and taurate complete the complex.

It is important that it is stated as elemental magnesium: 200 mg is the actual amount of magnesium, not the weight of the compound.
