Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about shipping costs, delivery times, and payment methods are answered on the Payment and Shipping page. Questions about cancellation are answered on the Right of Withdrawal page. Everything else is explained here—and if it isn't, write to us via the contact form.

How do I get the volume discount?

Automatically. From 3 items in the shopping cart, 15% is deducted from the entire shopping cart—no code required, visible directly in the shopping cart. It is combined across all products: three different cans count just as much as three of the same.

What does shipping cost?

Within Germany €4.95, free shipping from an order value of €49. To other EU countries, a flat rate of €9.95. Delivery time in Germany 2–4 business days.

How do I find out how much a product costs per day?

On every product page, below the price, you will find the basic price per kilogram and the price per daily serving. This allows you to compare, even between capsules, powder, and gummies.

How do I take the products?

The recommended intake is on every can and in every product description. Capsules and softgels usually two per day with 250 ml of water, gummies two to three, creatine tablets six. Do not exceed the stated quantity.

Are the products vegan?

The majority are. The two omega-3 products with fish oil and halal-compliant beef gelatin, the collagen capsules from beef, and the marine collagen shots from fish are not vegan. This is stated on the label and in the product description in each case.

Do the gummies contain sugar?

No, all gummies come without added sugar. They contain sweeteners such as maltitol, erythritol, or steviol glycosides—excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.

Why do some products not have a statement about their effects?

Because there are none. For ashwagandha, turmeric, and collagen peptides, no health claims have been approved in the EU to date. Where approved statements exist—for example, for magnesium, iron, zinc, or omega-3—they are stated on the product page in the official wording.

For whom are the products not suitable?

Ashwagandha is not suitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding women, and people with liver diseases, turmeric for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet. Consult a doctor beforehand in case of illness or medication intake.

What does NRV mean on the label?

NRV stands for nutrient reference value according to Annex XIII of Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011. The percentage value shows how much of the daily requirement one serving provides. For some substances, such as creatine or collagen, no NRV is specified—a slash is shown there.

Why are the ingredient lists so short?

Because there is nothing else in them. For creatine powder, there is exactly one ingredient, for the capsules often only the active ingredient and the capsule shell. The complete list is available for every product.

Do I get a laboratory report?

Yes. Tell us the product and the batch number from the bottom of the can, and we will send you the appropriate report.

Where are the products manufactured?

Filled and tested in Germany, shipped from a German warehouse.

How do I store the products?

Closed, dry, cool, and protected from light. Consume gummies within three months after opening, collagen shots within two months after opening, and keep them cool.

How do I redeem a voucher code?

In the shopping cart or at checkout, there is a field for the code. Enter it there and confirm—the discount will be deducted immediately. The volume discount from three items applies automatically and does not require a code.
