• Creatine increases physical performance in sprint training as part of short-term, intense physical activity. The positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. The claim is intended for adults who engage in intense physical activity.

Tablets or powder

The amount of active ingredient is identical in both: 3.96 g of creatine per daily dose. The difference lies in handling – tablets do not require a measuring scoop or a glass of water for mixing, but you need six of them a day.

With powder, you pay significantly less per gram. Those who measure daily at home get a better deal; those on the go are usually better off with tablets.

Take 6 tablets daily with 400 ml of water. The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
