What matters with the extract

Turmeric powder alone contains only around 2 to 5% curcuminoids. An extract standardized to 95% provides as much in one capsule as several teaspoons of the spice.

Piperine from black pepper is standard in such products – curcumin is considered poorly bioavailable, and this combination is the reason why both are in the same capsule. Whole root turmeric powder is also added here, not just the isolated extract.

Recommended intake

Take 1 capsule daily with 250 ml of water. The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
