(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to their trade or business activity or their professional activity as self-employed.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

• on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;
• on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Murat Türkmen, Lortzingstraße 25, 59423 Unna, telephone number: 01638919478, email address: info@ssen.es) by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event by the end of 14 days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method as you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged to you in connection with this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or deliver the goods to us without undue delay and in any event by the end of 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. You will have complied with the deadline if you dispatch the goods before the end of the 14-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any diminution in value of the goods if this diminution is not due to handling of the goods other than for the purpose of checking their condition, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusions and Grounds for Lapse

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

• for the supply of goods that are not made to order and for whose manufacture the consumer’s individual choice or determination is essential, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
• for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would pass quickly;
• for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price is agreed at the time the contract is concluded but which can only be delivered at least 30 days after the contract is concluded and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader’s control;
• for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or similar publications, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal lapses early in contracts

• for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery;
• for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have been mixed with other goods in such a way that they cannot be separated;
• for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.
